After careful deliberation and in light of its responsibility to the community to slow the risk/spread of infection, CPSA announced earlier today a decision to move all classes online beginning Monday, March 16, 2020.

We have been making contingency plans in the event that this step became necessary since February, and our teachers have been putting together an online curriculum and will insha’Allah be able to take their classes online come next week. Students will receive further instructions including details on how and when lessons will be held via email and are responsible for checking both PlusPortals and their emails for further information.

Please note that classes will not be help in person for all of next week. Teachers will deliver content online and students are expected to complete assignments as required. The semester has not been suspended, and online participation, classwork, assignments, and assessments will count towards students’ grades.

Students that have been absent can come in to collect their books/packets from their classrooms or lockers on Monday between the hours of 9:30 am and 12:30 pm. We will continue to provide updates as things develop and if an extension to e-learning days is needed.
