The most-beloved days to Allah SWT

As we all know, the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah are the most beloved days of the year to Allah SWT, as is narrated in the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ,

in English:

It is narrated by Ibn Abbas RAH that the Prophet ﷺ said “There are no days in which good deeds are more beloved to Allah SWT except for these days [the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah],” to which the Sahabah RAH replied, “Even jihad for the sake of Allah SWT?” “Not even jihad for the sake of Allah SWT, except for a man that went out with his life and his money and did not come back with either,” he replied. Narrated by Bukhari.

In addition to the fasting of the Day of Arafah which is equivalent to fasting for an entire year and grants forgiveness for the past year and the year to come, salah and sadaqah are equally rewarded manyfold by Allah SWT during these blessed days.

As you know, CPSA is a waqf established for the sake of Allah SWT with the intention of serving this community and educating our youth. It is owned by the ummah and benefits no individual. CPSA has managed to keep its tuition low and has been able to resist calls to raise the tuition for almost ten years thanks to the charitable contributions of members of our beloved community. The construction of the new building has taken a severe toll on our finances and we are in desperate need of all the support we can get.

If you are able to make a donation during these blessed days, please do so. May Allah SWT accept from us all our sadaqah, siyyam, and salah during these great days. Ameen.
